Hello. Thank you for visiting.
Let me introduce you to my blog.
I started it with the original intention as a place to dump my many philosophical/theological/general thoughts on life, somewhere I could voice my figurings-out on the way life ticks. Being a student of almost-twenty, I tend to have a lot of thoughts about a lot of things. So this is my outlet, for the time being.
Now I have seen a bit of the blogging world, I have come to realise there are a lot more of the almost-twenty-figuring-out-life blogs, and this one probably is not that different. However, I hope to bring a unique view to matters of life, the universe, and everything, and if it strikes a chord with you, then that's good, too. I hope you are able to get something out of it.
A little bit about me. I am a female Engineering student, with a very inquisitive mind. I have a passion for all things creative. To be more specific, I play the violin and recorder (yes, recorder), and I'm attempting to teach myself the guitar. I love all things musical (mainly classical/baroque, but also rock...oh and folk...and jazz...basically everything...except heavy metal, perhaps.) I love to paint, too, when I have the time. I also love everything outdoorsy, and I jump at the chance of any kind of expedition/slightly dangerous activity (bar skydiving). I try to live by the Bible, and since going to university I have been blessed with a fantastic Christian family, who have inspired me and been a huge encouragement to me, and for which I couldn't be more grateful.
I hope you enjoy reading my blog. As inspiration tends to come to me in fits and starts, and life is busy, please expect posting to be of a slightly sporadic nature. The blog will probably become an eclectic mix of personal thoughts, philosophy, theological thoughts, perhaps some art and perhaps the odd guest post. If you wish to comment, I would ask that you do so respectfully.
Happy reading.
